PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting metal fitting of a separator and a reinforcement applicable to the reinforcement of a different diameter by one kind of connecting metal fitting by efficiently joining the connecting metal fitting and the reinforcement by fastening force of a bolt member without particularly large fastening force. SOLUTION: This connecting metal fitting of the separator and the reinforcement is constituted so that a metal fitting body 2 joined to the separator S in a proper position, has a base part 3 forming a hinge and a pair of sandwiching piece parts 4 and 4 connected to its base part 3, and is joined to the reinforcement B by narrowing the mutual sandwiching piece parts 4 and 4 by fastening of a bolt member 5 installed on the free end side of the sandwiching piece parts 4 and 4 in a state of inserting the reinforcement B between these sandwiching piece parts 4 and 4. The metal fitting body 2 is composed of a belt-like steel plate, and a rib part 6 brought into pressure contact with the reinforcement B is erected in both side edge parts of the respective sandwiching piece parts 4 and 4 except for the base part 3.
