PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical X-ray TV imaging apparatus capable of using a digital imaging means without changing a basic structure of an existing medical X-ray TV imaging apparatus and taking a wide field angle meeting the imaging means. SOLUTION: This medical X-ray TV imaging apparatus is provided with a distributor 26 distributing an fluorescence image formed by difference in the intensity of the X-rays transmitting through a subject SP, and the imaging means imaging the subject SP by entering the fluorescence image via the distributor 26; and is characterized in defining the imaging means as a cooling CCD camera 51 for feeble light and being disposed with an infinite collimating lens 68 collimating the fluorescent light heading for the side of the cooling CCD camera 51 for the feeble light between the distributor 26 and the cooling CCD camera 51 for the feeble light.
