Dosing device (1) for a medium stored in a medium store (2) has at least a delivery channel (3) for transporting the medium (23) to at least a discharge opening (4) for application of the medium. The delivery channel has a regulation unit (5) with a measurement arrangement (6) for measuring the actual flowrate of the medium. This is compared with a stored set value held in a memory (7) by a comparator (8). An flow regulator (9) is adjusted dependent on the comparison.
