<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door from being opened by operation outside a vehicle against an occupant's intention. <P>SOLUTION: This control device for a vehicle door comprises an occupant detecting means 13 for detecting the presence of the occupant in the vehicle; a door opening command means 11 for inputting an opening command for the vehicle door by operation outside the vehicle; a door opening means 15 for opening the vehicle door 20; an alarm means 14 for outputting an alarm which urges the occupant in the vehicle to open the vehicle door 20; and a control means 10 for controlling the door opening means 15 and the alarm means 14 to open the vehicle door 20 if the door opening command is input by the door opening command means when the presence of the occupant is not detected by the occupant detecting means 13, and to output the alarm without opening the vehicle door 20 if the door opening command is input when the presence of the occupant is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
