PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working fluid drive type diaphragm pump capable of always stably operating by eliminating the mixing of air into a working fluid operation chamber, and an ink discharge printing device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: In the diaphragm pump 40, a sealed fluid supply hole 46 is provided between two support means 2a, 28b supporting an outer circumference surface of a piston reciprocatingly slidably under a sealed condition at two position separated in a piston moving direction on an inner circumference surface of a piston storage hole 26a of a piston housing 26í communicating to the working fluid operation chamber 20 isolated from a coating liquid chamber 14 by a diaphragm 18 in a valve housing 22. Sealed fluid is pressurized and supplied to the supply hole from a sealed fluid pressurizing source 48, and a breather hole 50 driving out gas in a gap between the inner circumference surface and the outer circumference surface of the piston to an outside during supplying sealed fluid is provided between the two sealed support means on the inner circumference surface.
