PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying a fluid solid quantitatively to a supply destination, in which a noise hardly occurs or a mechanical failure or breakdown is hardly caused. SOLUTION: The apparatus (5) for supplying powder quantitatively is provided with: a storage vessel (50); a powder supply pipe (53) for supplying powder to the supply destination; a powder measurement part arranged on a route of the powder supply pipe (53) for receiving a fixed quantity of powder from an introduction part (52) of the storage vessel (50); a spout for spouting air to loosen the powder in the introduction part (52); a ventilation pipe (55) for supplying air to the spout; a vertical supply pipe (54) for supplying air to the succeeding routes of the powder measurement part of the powder supply pipe (53); an air supply unit (56) for supplying air to the powder supply pipe (53), the ventilation pipe (55) and the vertical supply pipe (54); and a three-way valve unit (563) for selecting any of the supply pipes (53, 54, 55) when air is supplied.
