PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture composition for a hydraulic material, wherein effective reduction of dry shrinkage is attained, and excellent fluidity/dispersibility is given to the hydraulic material such as concrete member. SOLUTION: The admixture composition for the hydraulic material contains at least one kind of a structural unit (1) expressed by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>each independently represents a hydrogen atom, methyl group or -(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>p</SB>COOX group, wherein X represents a hydrogen atom, a univalent metal, a divalent metal, an ammonium group, an organic amine group or a hydrocarbon group and (p) is an integer of 0-2, and R<SP>4</SP>presents a 4-30C hydrocarbon group) as an essential component, and further contains: a dry shrinkage reducing agent containing a polymer having 25-50 mN/m surface tension in a solution in which the polymer is contained by 0.2 mass% in a supernatant solution of cement; and a high performance AE water reducing agent.
