PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a motor operate as a generator, and make the margin to the threshold value of a voltage flowing backward to an inverter driving unit larger than a conventional unit. SOLUTION: Resistors (4) having a resistance value mR/n (m is a natural number, and n is a natural number of 2 or more) are used in a motor controller described by patent application No.2005-252552 in which a low revolution area is made precise. A high performance smooth and effective breaking device in which the resistors (4) of m system are connected in parallel with each other by diodes (3), and an optimum system can be selected by switches (5) according to a load.
