PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a panel for information display in which a display medium can be charged firmly and uniformly onto a substrate, and a nozzle and a pipe used therefor. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the manufacturing method for the panel for information display which displays information of an image etc., by charging the display medium between two substrates at least one of which is transparent and applying an electric field to the display medium to move the display medium. When the display medium 3 is discharged from a discharge part 12 and deposited on the substrate 1 or when a cell is provided on the substrate by a partition wall and the display medium is charged in the cell, a charging device 14 as a plasma ion source is arranged at the discharge part or halfway in the pipe before the discharge part to charge the display medium with plasma ions generated by the charging device. Further, the nozzle used as the discharge part is equipped with a charging device as a plasma ion source. Further, the pipe before the discharge part is equipped with the charging device.
