PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring radar system capable of providing a reception filter characteristic having a high attenuation characteristic and a low dispersion of a group delay characteristic, by simple constitution, so as to enhance reception sensitivity to a response signal. SOLUTION: Respective IF signals are converted from an analog signal into a digital signal by A/D converters 51-1 to 51-3, before passing the respective IF signals through bandpass filters 53-1 to 53-3, followed to be converted into digital signals (I-signal, Q-signal) of complex mode by I/Q detectors 52-1 to 52-3, and the digital signals are passed thereafter through the bandpass filters 53-1 to 53-3.
