PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a small, inexpensive cylinder lock capable of changing a keycode, for more purposes. SOLUTION: When a key is inserted in the cylinder lock 1190 and turned right to unlock, an electric signal is output from a connector 1202a of a switch case 1202 behind the cylinder lock 1190 to obtain a switch ON state allowing the important setting operation of a game machine. When a reset button exposed to the outside from a hole 1201a for a reset button is pressed down and the key is inserted in the cylinder lock 1190 and turned left, a reset state allowing the change of the keycode is obtained.
