PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to use an upper space for using a top of dining table spaciously in the light of circumstances that the top of the dining table tends to be filled with dishes of various sizes and the other seasoning containers or the like when several persons have a meal at home or in a restaurant. SOLUTION: A cylindrical shaft raised at the center of a circular bottom plate base is formed as a rotary shaft, a cylindrical bearing fitted to the rotary shaft to turn on its axis and an intermediate seating integrally provided with a lower flange part on the lower side are passed round the rotary shaft, and further on the upside, a shaft bearing part fitted to the rotary shaft to turn on its axis and a plate bearing seating integrally provided with a flange part as a plate bearing seat at the uppermost part, whereby a large platter can be placed on the upper space part. The cylindrical shaft bearing part of the intermediate seating and the lower flange part are reinforced by several circumferential raised ribs, so that the seasoning containers can be placed in the partitioning space part.
