A frame searcher (9) seeks frame data in which the same data pattern does not appear repeatedly in the same capture device, the frame data being a data pattern that is the same between first and second traffic data that is collected by first and second capture devices for capturing frame data transmitted by a node within a network as traffic data. A time corrector (8) performs time correction processing for correcting the times of each frame data within the first and second traffic data so that the time difference of each frame data is limited, in order for the capture times of the frame data sought by the frame searcher (9) to be the same time.
