<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of obtaining the illumination light of high luminance over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting system 1 is provided with a light emitting diode lamp 2 having a light emitting diode element 4 sealed with a glass sealing part 6, and a phosphor layer 13 which emits wavelength conversion light by being excited by receiving emission light emitted from the light emitting diode element 4 is disposed on the lighting object side of the light emitting diode lamp 2. Thus, the glass sealing part 6 and the phosphor layer 13 are not degraded by heat generation by the light emission of the light emitting diode element 4, and the decline of the transparency of the glass sealing part 6 and the excitation efficiency of the phosphor layer 13 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
