<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a process of separating two or more sets of laminates into separate sets smoothly without spoiling surface smoothness of each set. <P>SOLUTION: The process comprises a thermo-compression bonding step P1 to form laminates A and B simultaneously, and a separation step P2 to separate the metal foil laminates into separate sets, wherein the metal foil laminates A and B are obtained by thermo-compression bonding a thermo-compression bondable organic film and a metal foil, and are discharged together from the thermo-compression bonding step P1.
