PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition useful for a patient (e.g. resistant depression) having complete resistance to treatment for central nerve system disorders such as depression and anxiety. SOLUTION: The combined medicine is combined with a noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor such as reboxetine and contains agomelatine or N-[2-(7-methoxy-1-naphthyl)ethyl]acetamide and is used to enhance treatment effect, for example, on resistant depression in combination with single use of agomelatine.
