PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrous core-containing microcapsules encapsulating a moisturizing active ingredient, in particular for the purpose of making a large volume of the moisturizing active ingredient usable, thus enabling improved moisturizing characteristics to be afforded. SOLUTION: The hydrous core-containing microcapsules contain at least one moisturizing polymer containing phosphorylcholine group are provided. A cosmetological or dermatological composition comprising the microcapsules is provided.
