PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flexible ring for stabilizing a moving speed of a wheel turning shaft from dropping at the time of assembly, and improve assembling workability. SOLUTION: This steering device comprises a wheel turning shaft 3, a housing 4 storing the wheel turning shaft 3, a bush 5 externally fitted with the wheel turning shaft 3 and internally fitted in the housing 4 movably in an axial line direction, a restriction ring 6 and a first step 4b for restraining a moving volume to one or the other of an axial line direction of the bush 5, and flexible rings 7, 8 provided to one of the bush 5 and the restriction ring 6 or the housing 4. The flexible ring 7 is fitted and held in the bush 5, and the bush 5 has an annular holding groove 51 on its end face.
