摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of times of release followings without changing the structure of a leveler feeder in a releasing controller for the leveler feeder of a machine tool. SOLUTION: The releasing controller for the leveler feeder is provided with feeding rolls for carrying a material (17) into the machine tool and work rolls for removing the curling tendency. While feeding the material to the machine tool, a feeding angle (Ψs) for rotating the machine tool, is symmetrically distributed with both sides of an upper dead point (ψ0), and the feed-starting angle (ψ5) at larger than the angle (ψ4) which eliminates the interference between the material and a part of the machine tool, is decided. In the work roll, the release-opening is performed from the feed-completing time (ψ6) of the material till reaching to the working starting time (ψ'2) and the release-closing is performed from the press-working completing time (ψ3) till reaching the feed-starting angle. The feed-starting angle is detected with the passage of delaying time decided with the feeding time calculated from the feeding length of the material, the feeding speed, the accelerating time and decelerating time, and the rotated speed of the machine tool and the angle eliminating the interfernce, after detecting the angle for eliminating the interference in the rotary cam.
