<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area-based information distribution system for dynamically determining the region to distribute electronic mail to customers by selecting a feature on a map or the like, automatically generating a mailing list for the customers in the region and distributing information registered beforehand by the electronic mail. <P>SOLUTION: The area-based information distribution system is provided with a control part 17 comprising an information registering function 17a for registering distribution information to a distribution information DB 13, a distribution region setting function 17b for setting a distribution region requiring information distribution on the map on the display screen of a display part 16, a matching processing function 17c for extracting the electronic mail address of the customer within the distribution region by the matching processing between items in a GIS data DB 14 and those in a user information DB, and a mailing list preparing and distributing function 17d for preparing the mailing list by the electronic mail address extracted by the matching processing and distributing the information registered in the distribution information data base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
