PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil sheet for forming a conductive pattern capable of forming a conductive pattern easily at low cost without requiring a separator.

SOLUTION: The metal foil sheet for forming the conductive pattern has a metal foil and a thermosensitive adhesion layer which is formed on the metal foil and contains an organic filler and a thermosensitive resin.
