PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing device excellent in the durability and conductivity, which can be inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: Since a hub for composing a rotational element of the fluid bearing device is formed from a resin composition, a weight and a cost of the device are reduced. Since the resin hub is obtained and excellent in the durability and conductivity by composing the resin composition using a PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) as a base resin and blending carbon fibers, a problem due to an abrasion by a contact slide between a stationary element and the rotational element and an electrostatic charge on the rotational element can be avoided.
