PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage tank handling control method and its system, which avoids the minimum flow operation, overload operation of a pump, and insufficient operation to throttle the discharge amount so as to enable an efficient operation as a whole when unloading LNG from a plurality of storage tanks in parallel operation. SOLUTION: In a plurality of the storage tanks and the storage handling control method which enables LNG in the storage tank to be merged into and unloaded by the pump installed in a plurality of the storage tanks, the pump is run in order of liquid level in the storage tank out of a plurality of the storage tanks having priority over the operation unit number and start ranking of the pump. In a plurality of the tanks and the storage handling control method which enables LNG in the storage tank to be merged into and unloaded by the pump installed in a plurality of the storage tanks, the storage tanks comprises a plurality of pumps, flow-meters and liquid level detectors. The flow-meters and liquid level detectors are connected to a control part. The control part operates the pumps out of a plurality of the pumps in order of liquid level having priority over the operation unit number and start ranking of the pumps.
