PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively solve a defect generated around an internal conductor in a multilayer ceramic substrate having the internal conductors. SOLUTION: The multilayer ceramic substrate 1 has a plurality of glass ceramic layers 2a-2d laminated thereon and the internal conductors (via hole conductor 3 and surface conductor 4). A crystal C precipitates around the internal conductors on at least a part of the internal conductors. The crystal C has a celsian structure. The internal conductors contain Ag.
