<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homogenization method and/or an analytical method at the post treatment of a wet post treatment material containing noble metals having unknown content of metals. <P>SOLUTION: A material which bonds with moisture is provided, and the wet post treatment material containing noble metals or a present aggregate in some instances is finely divided and mixed to form a fluid homogeneous powder.
