PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock case protecting a clock, enabling easy attachment and detachment of the clock and a band, coping with the clocks and the bands of different sizes, and having a simple structure and decorative properties. SOLUTION: A clock storage space 2 is formed inside a plate body 1 formed out of an elastic material; an upper surface opening part 4 where a time display part 101 of the clock 100 is exposed is formed on an upper surface of the clock storage space 2; a side surface opening part 5 where a winding knob 104 is exposed is formed at one side surface center part of the clock storage space 2; the upper surface opening part 4 and the side surface opening part 5 are connected; the diameter of the upper surface opening part 4 is established smaller than the diameter of the clock storage space 2; and a clock band insertion part 3 is provided on a rear surface of the plate body 1 as one unit.
