PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device for a steam convection oven with improved thermal efficiency by structuring it so that heat from combustion of a burner does not escape to the outside of an oven box. SOLUTION: The combustion device 11 is equipped with a solenoid valve 12 connected to piping 21 of a gas 20, a control box 13 for transmitting a working signal to the solenoid valve 12, a mixing pipe 15 to which the gas 20 decompressed to a non-pressure state by a decompression device 14 in the solenoid valve 12 is fed out and for mixing the gas 20 and air 31, a fan 16 for sucking the gas 20 in the solenoid valve 12 into the mixing pipe 15, a burner 17 for combusting the gas 20 fed out from the mixing pipe 15, an ignition spark rod 18 provided near the burner 17, and a heat exchanger 19 in which air heated by the burner 17 flows and which is installed in the oven box 34.
