PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle for production of conductive component which has low-temperature sintering characteristics, in spite of solving problems on thickness of joining layer when nanometer-sized conductive fine particles are used for a joining component, and reducing content of a protective agent which is organic material. SOLUTION: The particle for production of conductive component comprises a conductive core particle made of Ag of which mean particle diameter is from 1 to 100μm and a diffusion inhibiting layer made of organic material carrying conductive fine particles made of Ag having mean particle diameters of 50 nm or less on the surface of the core particle.
