PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a vehicle to a destination point without utilizing map information. SOLUTION: A vehicle guide apparatus 100 comprises a receiving part 101, a specifying part 102, an acquiring part 103, a determining part 104, a transmitting part 105, and a control part 106. The receiving part 101 receives from a vehicle vehicle information, including at least information about the current position of the vehicle, information about the destination point, and information about direction of travel, and passage information about whether the vehicle has passed through the guiding apparatus. The specifying part 102 specifies the guide apparatus provided near the road traveled by the vehicle according to the vehicle information, and another guide apparatus different from the guide apparatus determined according to the passage information. The acquiring part 103 acquires information about the guide apparatus and the transmitting part 105 transmits the identification information of the guide apparatus to the vehicle.
