PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass-collecting device of a mower constituting so as to guide the mown grass from the mower equipped at a riding traveling machine body by a duct and put the grass into a grass-collecting container equipped at the rear part of the machine body for recovering and also constituting the grass-collecting container as a bipartite structure of front and rear, consisting of a front side container part fixed with the grass-collecting container and a rear side container part capable of swingingly opening and closing to accomplish the light weight of the rear side container part so as to be able to swingingly open and close lightly and easily by a manual operation. SOLUTION: This grass-collecting device is provided by fixing the front side container part 7A opened up in rear direction at the machine body side, supporting the rear side container part 7B opened up in front direction swingably up around a fulcrum (p) installed at the rear upper part of the front side container part 7A, and installing an operation lever 44 for swingingly operating the rear side container part 7B at the front side container part 7A.
