PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an integration evaluation value obtained by easily and properly integrating evaluation results about a plurality of evaluation items, when selecting at least one image from among a plurality of images by using the plurality of evaluation items. SOLUTION: Evaluation parts 30, 32, 34 respectively calculate a plurality of feature amounts indicating the evaluation results about the plurality of evaluation items, and respectively statistically calculate the probability that indicates whether the image is to be selected, on the basis of the plurality of calculated characteristic amounts. An integration evaluation part 36 calculates the integration evaluation value that is an integrated evaluation value of the image, on the basis of a plurality of evaluation values.
