PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which continuously provides high-quality toner image free of void, fogging, and black dot in a character image even if a number of sheets of printing are performed without applying a solid lubricant on a photoreceptor surface, and also to provide an image forming apparatus, a process cartridge, and a color image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a conductive base is characterized in that: the surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains di-block copolymer of an A-B type; the copolymer has a constitution component to lower surface energy only at B of one terminal of the di-block copolymer; the component of B forms domains of a number average grain size 1 to 100 nm; and the liquid lubricant is contained in the domains.
