MEASURIN CIRCUIT FOR A.C. INTENSITY

The invention concerns a measuring circuit for A.C. intensity of electrical installations equipped with current transformers. The result of the measurement is used as input signal for electronic overcurrent, automation and industrial measurements devices. The circuit consists of a calibrated resistor conveying current of the secondary loop of a current transformer, an adjustable amplifier, low-pass filters, and a precision rectifier with double alternation whose direct current output voltage is proportional to the intensity of the current to be measured. The voltage drop at the resistance terminals is processed by an impedance emitter.
