PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of hemoglobins capable of especially measuring stable type hemoglobins A1c with high precision using cation exchange liquid chromatography. SOLUTION: In the measuring method of hemoglobins using the cation exchange liquid chromatography, an elute, which contains 1-3,000 mM of a thiourea compound and an inorganic acid having a buffering capacity at a pH of 4.0-6.8, an organic acid and/or the salts of them, is used.
