<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find an active ingredient having an excellent melamine production-promoting action, an excellent neutral fat accumulation-inhibiting action, and the like to provide a melamine production promoter and a neutral fat accumulation inhibitor capable of being widely applied to the fields of compositions for hair, functional foods and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This melamine production promoter and the neutral fat accumulation inhibitor contain each an extract of Antrodiacamphorata.
