<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell resistant against shock in dropping, capable of surely sealing hydrogen, having high reliability, and enabling the stable supply of fuel. <P>SOLUTION: In this fuel cell, a micro valve 15 for pressure control manufactured by using a semiconductor wafer is installed in a storage part 19. The fuel cell comprises the micro valve 15 held in the opening/closing direction of the micro valve 15 by using an elastic seal member 16.
