<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving apparatus 20, capable of displaying a video image with high resolution for a longer time and reducing the sense of incongruity on a display that is imparted to a browsing person. <P>SOLUTION: When there are errors in a frame of a decoded high-resolution video image, the digital broadcast receiving apparatus 20 composes regions in the frame of the high-resolution video image other than the error regions with regions in the frame of a low-resolution video image corresponding to the error regions and displays the composed image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
