<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor with an IC tag and a mobile body control device having the sensor with an IC tag, suitable for a machine tool and an industrial robot. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor 10 is arranged for detecting the approach or separation of a mobile body 2, and is provided with the IC tag 20 having a oil part 23 for generating induced electromotive force by receiving a radio wave of a regulated radio frequency and a control part for storing an address of the sensor 10 and transmitting the address of the sensor 10 to an external part with the induced electromotive force generated by the coil part 23 as a power source. The sensor 10 and the IC tag 20 are mutually connected. The sensor 10 holds impedance of the coil part 23 in a specified value when detecting the mobile body 2. Terminals 12a and 12b of the sensor 10 are connected to the coil part 23 of the IC tag 20 for biassing the impedance of the coil part 23 from the specified value when the mobile body 2 is not detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
