PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a work from juming by which a formed panel can be taken out from a die even in the case of a punch formation without charging a material. SOLUTION: This device comprises: a fixture body 4 fitted to a die for forming a work panel 2; a jumping prevention member 5 fitted freely rotatably to the fixture body 4 and having one end side part 5A of checking the jumping of the work panel 2 charged into the die by contacting; a locking member 6 provided at the fixture body 4 and locking the jumping prevention member 5 to a position of checking the jumping of the work panel 2; an air cylinder 25 as a locking release means, upon the unload of the panel after forming by the die, pushing up the other end side part 5B of the jumping prevention member 5, rotating the jumping prevention member 5, retreating the one end side part 5A to a non-interference position which is not interfered with the work panel 2, and releasing the locking; and a locking release member 24 provided at the tip part of the rod in the air cylinder 25.
