PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite particle powder which mainly consists of silver particles superior in adhesiveness and electroconductivity, and is baked at a low temperature of 300°C or lower. SOLUTION: The composite particle powder comprises: a silver powder with an average particle diameter (D<SB>TEM</SB>) of 50 nm or smaller and a crystal particle diameter (Dx) of 50 nm or smaller; and an inorganic powder except the silver powder, which has an average particle diameter (D<SB>TEM</SB>) of 100 nm or smaller. The silver powder has a degree of single crystallinity (D<SB>TEM</SB>/Dx) of 2.0 or less. The inorganic powder except the silver powder is a powder of silicon, titanium, aluminum or zirconium, or a powder of an inorganic compound of these elements. A dispersion liquid or paste capable of being baked at a low temperature can be produced by dispersing the composite particle powder in a liquid organic medium. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
