PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin counter whose design is maintained, even when outer force is applied, and which has excellent chemical resistance. SOLUTION: This resin counter in which a coating portion is formed on at least one portion of the used side of the counter is characterized in that the coating portion comprises (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of silica and a compound of an average composition formula: R<SB>p</SB>SiO<SB>(4-p)/2</SB>[R is H, F or a monovalent organic group; (p) is the number satisfying 0<(p)<4]; (B) fluororesin particles and (C) a Zr element-containing compound, wherein the content of the fluororesin particles in the coating portion is 1 to 20 wt.%; and the weight ratio of the component (A) to the component (C) is 100 pts.wt.
