<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can efficiently set a schedule of job execution. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises a schedule data storage means which stores job execution schedule data, a request receiving means which receives and holds a job execution request that includes a job execution end time and data of a job execution object, a calculating means which calculates a job execution start time of the execution object, a job registering means which registers a job of the job execution request as a registration job by registering the calculated job execution start time and the received job execution end time in the schedule data storage means, and a cancellation waiting job registering means which registers the calculated job execution start time and the received job execution end time in the schedule data storage means by making the job of the job execution request a cancellation waiting job when another job is already registered between the calculated job execution start time and the received job execution end time and registration of the job by the job registering means cannot be carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
