<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inhibition of transfer when an image format is changed during dubbing of a digital image through a digital interface. <P>SOLUTION: When the format of image data is different during dubbing, the dubbing is temporarily stopped to release a data transfer band.
