PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing system which suitably reproduces videos from an optical disk. SOLUTION: In the reproducing system which reproduces video titles from the optical disks, a video manager is composed of; video manager information; a backup of the video manager information; and a video object set for menus which is arranged between the video manager information and the backup of the video manager information. A video manager menu is reproduced when a language code specific to a reproducing device accords with a video manager menu language code in reference to the video manager information, and a video title set is searched for by using a title set search pointer table, and then the video title is reproduced.
