PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal invoice paper structure, in which a releasing paper can not be thrown away as trash but utilized. SOLUTION: This paper structure comprises a three-layered sheet consisting of a first layer sheet, the outside surface of which is printable with a laser printer or a inkjet printer, a second layer sheet, which is releasably bonded to its surface so as not to re-bond thereto after the peeling-off of the first layer sheet and a third layer sheet, which is formed on the rear surface of the second layer sheet and releasably bondable to a bonding layer pasted to a matter to be distributed and transported and printable to its outside surface with the laser printer or the inkjet printer, wherein the first layer sheet is formed separably into a tag data printing part and a receipt data printing part and the third layer sheet is formed separably into a freight receiving data printing part and a data printing part such as freight collecting instruction or the like.
