A mold temperature control system for injection molding a polymer resin by a rapid thermal process and a method for injection molding by using the same are provided to prevent a weld line from being generated by improving a flow property in the injection molding. A mold temperature control system for injection molding a polymer resin by a rapid thermal process includes a pair of molds(100,110), a hot water supplying system, a cold water supplying system, a first controller(125,135), a second controller(145,155), a temperature sensing sensor(120), and a vacuum system. A cavity represents a fixing mold and a core represents a movable mold. A fluid moving path is provided in the cavity and the core to pass the hot water and the cold water. The mold temperature control system is connected to a hot water remaining water tank(130) to play a role of separating air at the hot water discharged passing through the fluid moving path of the cavity and the core. And, each of the constitution elements of the hot water supplying system are connected to each other by a hot water supplying line and a cold water supplying line.
