MAP OUTPUT DEVICE AND MAP OUTPUT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reflect the influence of a failure generated in a facility for supplying power, in a map.

SOLUTION: This map output device is provided with: facility data 21 formed by relating an identifier of each substation for supplying power to power consumers with an identifier of each facility relevant to the substation; map data 23 formed by relating the identifier of each substation with objects of a region supplied with power from the substation; a failed facility output means 11 for reading the facility data 21 when the identifier of a facility where a failure occures is input from an input device 104 and extracting the identifier of the substation related with the input identifier of the facility to output it as failed facility data 31; and a map output means 14 for reading the map data 23 and the failed facility data 31 to output output data formed by coloring the region corresponding to the identifier of the substation included in the failing facility data 31 with different colors.
