PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure for a water storage facility, which is easily implemented, and forms a stable water surface cover, by continuously floating hood blocks which are each formed of a buoyancy body floating on a water surface and a deadweight hanging from at least one side of the buoyancy body into water. SOLUTION: The cover structure for the water storage facility is implemented by attaching a hanging body 3 hanging into the water, at least to one of peripheral sides of the flat buoyancy body 1 that can float on the water surface, and mounting the deadweight 2 on the hanging body 3, to thereby form the hood block 5.
