Methods of treating cancer and/or reducing or inhibiting tumor growth in a subject in need thereof, composing administering pharmaceutical composition comprising a vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) antagonist, such as a VEGF trap, an anti-proliferative agent, such as taxol, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
