MAGNETICALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TECHNOLOGICAL COMPOSITION FOR FINISHING THE ARTICLES MADE FROM PRECIOUS METALS AND DEVICE FOR PREPARATION OF SUCH COMPOSITION

FIELD: mechanical engineering; lubricating materials, lubricating and cooling technological fluids and method of delivery of such fluids to technological area. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed composition improves treatment of precious metals without cutting-off the tops of irregularities and improves smoothing-out of surfaces due to plastic deformation by filling micro-irregularities with fillers excluding losses of precious metal. Composition containing magnetic fluid on base of water at concentration of magnetite of 10-12%, surfactant - triethanolamine salt of oleic acid and glass balls, o.500.6 mm in diameter. Device for treatment of articles made from precious metals includes reservoir made from nonmagnetic material for magnetic fluid with solid fillers; mounted on bottom of this reservoir are magnetic field generators connected with control mechanism for control of magnetic field shape, sequence and frequency of switching-on of field generators; longitudinal field generator alternate with rotary magnetic field exciters. ^ EFFECT: absence of components of mechanical transmission of motion. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg
